Product Highlights
Every feature of 3DCelMatrix™ is built around practical 3D culture needs: reproducibility, simplicity, workflow flexibility, and consistent morphology.
Strict Lot-to-Lot QC
Minimizes failed experiments and improves reproducibility.
Ready-to-Use Workflow
Reduces preparation time from days to minutes.
Thin Gel, Thick Gel, and Coating
Supports thin gel, thick gel, and coating applications and diverse cell types.
Robust 3D Morphology
Optimized to support robust spheroid and organoid morphology across multiple stem cell and primary cell applications.
Flexible Workflow Compatibility
3DCelMatrix™ supports thin gel, thick gel, and coating workflows, making it easy to adapt across invasion, migration, embedding, and surface-coating applications.
1–2 mg/mL
Invasion & MigrationUse lower concentrations for invasion and migration studies.
3–5 mg/mL
Organoid / Spheroid EmbeddingSupports embedding workflows for spheroids and organoids.
0.5–2% v/v
Surface CoatingIdeal for coating culture surfaces and related applications.
Simple 5-Step Workflow
A streamlined workflow helps researchers move from thawing to culture with fewer handling steps.
Thaw
Thaw 3DCelMatrix™ at 2–8°C on ice. Keep tubes, pipette tips, and plates pre-chilled.
Prepare
Dilute to the desired concentration using cold media or PBS.
Apply
Transfer quickly into pre-chilled culture plates or vessels to prevent premature gelation.
Gelation
Incubate at 37°C for 15–30 minutes until gel formation occurs.
Seed & Culture
Seed cells on or within the matrix and maintain under standard culture conditions.
Applications
Built for the breadth of 3D biology across academic research, translational science, and drug discovery.
Organoid Culture
Supports robust organoid formation for intestinal, kidney, lung, and brain organoid systems.
Tumor Spheroid Formation
Enables physiologically relevant 3D tumor models for oncology and therapeutic screening workflows.
Drug Screening & Disease Modeling
Provides consistent 3D culture conditions for predictive drug response and disease research.
Stem Cell & Primary Cell Expansion
Supports scalable growth of stem cells and primary cells in biologically relevant 3D environments.
Cell Invasion & Migration Assays
Ideal for studying extracellular matrix interactions and cellular behavior in 3D systems.
