In protocol of pre-made adenovirus amplication,
there is a strange sentence,"by infectiing cells with 10ul for 60mm dish, or 200ul for 100mm dish".
I think one of two volume is a mistake. Can you tell me the right volume for 60mm dish and 100mm dish?

100mm is in fact about 5 X 60mm in area. 30ul to 200ul all should be fine and should not make much difference in the amplification of adenovirus.
