Keratinocyte Growth Kit (Low Ca²⁺) is an optimized medium system designed for the culture of primary human keratinocytes under low calcium conditions, with a final calcium concentration of 100 µM (0.1 mM) Ca²⁺. By maintaining reduced calcium levels, the kit supports keratinocyte proliferation while minimizing premature differentiation, making it ideal for studies in epidermal biology, skin regeneration, and keratinocyte signaling. This complete kit includes a basal medium and optimized supplements, delivering consistent, reproducible performance for dermatology and tissue engineering research.

Each lot has been fully tested and optimized for its ability to support in vitro cell culture. The testing parameters include: keratinocyte morphology, attachment efficiency, proliferation, and sterility. Additionally, the media has been tested for sterility, pH, osmolality and endotoxin levels.
Storage Condition For individual component storage conditions, refer to the table in the description section. Once supplemented, store at 2–8°C and use within 30 days.
