Freshly isolated or cryopreserved human neutrophils, eosinophils, and basophils derived from peripheral blood, ideal for immunology and inflammation research. These polymorphonuclear leukocytes are essential players in innate immunity, mediating key functions such as phagocytosis, degranulation, and neutrophil extracellular trap (NET) formation.
- Neutrophils: ≥95% purity confirmed by CD15⁺/CD16⁺ flow cytometry markers
- Eosinophils: ≥95% purity based on Siglec-8⁺ and CCR3⁺ expression
- Basophils: ≥90% purity, validated via FcεRI⁺/CD123⁺/CD203c⁺ flow markers
