PrimGrow MP Xpan™ is a serum-free, cytokine-enhanced medium specifically formulated to support the proliferation, maturation, and platelet-shedding capability of human megakaryocyte progenitors. Featuring a defined blend of thrombopoietin (TPO), SCF, IL-3, and other key factors, MP Xpan™ promotes polyploidization and functional platelet generation.
