The Renal Epithelial Cell Growth Kit is an antibiotic-free, specialized medium system designed to support the optimal growth and maintenance of primary human renal epithelial cells. This kit delivers a carefully balanced combination of essential nutrients, hormones, and growth factors that promote healthy cell morphology and proliferation while preserving key renal epithelial characteristics. It is ideal for kidney function studies, nephrotoxicity testing, and renal disease research.

| Usage |
1. Thaw each reagent at room temperature (15-25°C) or overnight in the fridge (2-8°C). 2. Aseptically in a biosafety cabinet, remove 20 ml of basal medium from the bottle, and discard. 3. Then add the specified volume of each supplement, as shown in the table below, to the bottle of basal medium and mix thoroughly.
Supplement addition may alter the medium's appearance, making it look slightly opaque. The complete growth media may be supplemented with an antibiotic of choice. |

Each lot has been fully tested and optimized for its ability to support in vitro cell culture. The testing parameters include: adherence rate (where applicable), typical morphology, and metabolism of the tested cells. Additionally, the media has been tested for sterility, pH, osmolality and endotoxin levels. |
