Vitronectin is a glycoprotein commonly found in tissues and the extra-cellular matrix. It is commonly used as a thin coating on tissue culture surfaces. Vitronectin promotes the adhesion, differentiation, migration, and proliferation of many cells in vitro. It is a secreted protein and exists in either a single chain form or a clipped, two chain form held together by a disulfide bond. |

Storage Condition | Store at 2-8°C. Stable for up to 6 months from shipment date if maintained at 2-8°C and up to 12 months if maintained at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Is stable at 2-10°C for at least 30 days. |
