Fibroblast Growth Kit (Low Serum)
| Cat. No. | TM205 |
| Name | Fibroblast Growth Kit (Low Serum) |
| Description |
The Fibroblast Growth Kit (Low Serum) is a specialized culture system designed to support the growth and maintenance of primary human fibroblasts under low-serum conditions. This formulation provides essential nutrients and growth factors while minimizing serum exposure, allowing controlled proliferation and study of fibroblast behavior. It is ideal for research in connective tissue biology, wound healing, and tissue engineering where precise regulation of fibroblast growth is required. The kit is supplied as a basal media and growth supplement mix:
Add the supplied supplement mix to the medium and mix well before use. Supplement addition may alter the medium's appearance, making it look slightly opaque. Complete medium can be stored at 2 - 8 °C for up to two weeks. To avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, aliquot complete medium into appropriate volumes and freeze at -20 °C for up to three months. Do not re-freeze aliquots once thawed. |

Each lot has been fully tested and optimized for its ability to support in vitro cell culture. The testing parameters include: adherence rate (where applicable), typical morphology, and metabolism of the tested cells. Additionally, the media has been tested for sterility, pH, osmolality and endotoxin levels. |
| Storage Condition | Store basal media at 4-8°C and all supplement mix components at -20°C, unless indicated otherwise. The complete kit is good to use until the listed expiry date on the bottle. Media requiring supplementation expires 30 days post-supplementation. |
