Description

The NTP Mix is a 1.0 ml ready-to-use pre-mixed aqueous solution containing ATP, CTP, GTP, and UTP, each at a final concentration of 25 mM. This mix reduces pipetting steps and minimizes the risk of errors. It is suitable for in vitro transcription reactions with SP6, T3, and T7 RNA polymerases for the production of RNA probes or transcripts for in vitro translation.
