Description

This 2nd Gen. Packaging Mix & DNAfectin™ Plus Bundle contains two products which can be used to package your lentiviral vector into virus particles:

2nd Generation Packaging System Mix (Cat. No. LV003) is used to package lentiviral vectors with a wildtype 5' LTR because they require TAT for activation. However, the 2nd Generation Packaging System Mix will also support the packaging of 3rd Generation lentiviral expression vectors with a chimeric 5' LTR.
DNAfectin™ Plus Transfection Reagent (Cat. No. G2500) is a unique formulation of polycations and liposomes, which guarantees high transfection efficiency in a wide variety of cell types including primary cells.

Storage Condition

Store G2500 at 4°C upon arrival, do not freeze. Store LV003 at -20°C upon arrival.
