Description

This 3rd Gen. Packaging Mix & DNAfectin™ Plus Bundle contains two products which can be used to package your lentiviral vector into virus particles:

3rd Generation Packaging System Mix (Cat. No. LV053) offers maximal biosafety as the lentiviral Rev gene is supplied as an independent vector from other structure genes and will only support 3rd Generation lentiviral expression vectors with a chimeric 5' LTR, making it TAT-independent.
DNAfectin™ Plus Transfection Reagent (Cat. No. G2500) is a unique formulation of polycations and liposomes, which guarantees high transfection efficiency in a wide variety of cell types including primary cells.

Storage Condition

Store G2500 at 4°C upon arrival, do not freeze. Store LV053 at -20°C upon arrival.
