Description

abm’s qPCR Retrovirus Titer Kit provides an advanced, simplified approach to retroviral quantification with its true one-step RT-qPCR workflow. Featuring a rapid lysis step and proprietary primer design, this kit delivers high specificity and sensitivity while significantly reducing non-specific amplification—ensuring reliable and reproducible results every time.

The included MasterMix features a fluorescent dye comparable to SYBR Green™ and EvaGreen® for optimal amplification efficiency. For maximum flexibility, the ROX Reference Dye is provided separately, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of qPCR instruments (see our ROX Machine Compatibility Chart for details).

Kit Features:

  • Fast and accurate: Quick lysis step for streamlined workflow.
  • No NTC amplification: Unique primer design eliminates non-specific signals.
  • Direct use on supernatant: No purification required.
  • Highly reproducible: Ready-to-use MasterMix minimizes variability.
  • RT-qPCR in one step: More sensitive and accurate than other methods
  • Contains dye comparable to SYBR Green™ and EvaGreen™

Achieve accurate retrovirus quantification with abm’s qPCR Retrovirus Titer Kit—designed for reliability, speed, and sensitivity.
